These are the days of our lives.

Today, my Trabby got to go to the junior high with Jared for a learning center they had for one of his classes. I thought that since he would only be there for 45 minuets, they would make some cookies or something simple and be done with it, but no, he came home with a froggie bag they had made that was filled with paper monkies attached to popsicle sticks, felt animals, necklaces, and a bowtie paper. He had so much fun and decided that he doesn't want to go to preschool anymore, he wants to go to Jareds school.

Aspen decided that she no longer wants to live at our house, she wants to live with Jamie. Seriously, the only thing she ever talks about is going over to Jamie's house and playing with Jamie. I finally told her today that if she could manage to get her bed and all her clothes and her dresser over to Jamie's house, she could stay there. She tried to move her bed, but it wasn't working, so she said that she would take her clothes over there and she could sleep on the floor with Dukie.

Maddison decided that she is going to go peep in the pottie. We figured that if she wants to try we would go ahead with it, so we went yesterday and got her a pottie chair, and she sat on that thing basicall for the rest of the night. She did a great job, but I am a little upset that my baby wants to peep in the potty already. Mom and dad bought her some pull-ups and undies, but she doesn't quite understand that she does not need to be completely naked in order to successfully peep; or that her undies, although the work great as a hat, don't necessarily belong on her head or around her neck.

JD is getting way to big; way too fast. Where is the point when they stop being a little kid and turn into a young adult. I know that he is only 7 but he is already talking to me like an adult. For example, we got this dog the other day; best dog in the world, but he ran away. Me and JD went looking for him, This was our conversation:
JD: "Mom, you know if you got a shock coller like dad was saying, you wouldn't have this problem."
Jerri: "I know that JD, Please just help me look for the dog"
JD: I am mom, but I'm just saying if you would listen to dad, Sammy would have a shock coller on right now, and he would have never got out of the yard, you really need to be more responsible.
Jerri: Dude
JD: Responsibility is a great for those that understand what it means
Jerri: I get it JD, I'm not responsible
JD: Yeah, but do you understand what that means for you, Bad...Bad things, I'm not even gonna go there. Mom, the dog is right there, you just drove past him, do you want me to drive.
Jerri: Bar-ten-der, just kidding, i didn't say that, that was for Ben's enjoyment. I then jumped out of the van, fell in the mud, wrestled with the dog to get him in the van, then made JD clean up the mud mess on the seat......teach me about responsibility....I'll show you responsibility.(HA.HA.HA.)

Ty had such a great time also, they really did a ton of things! Aspen is such a cutie she asks me all the time if she can come live over here and I tell her it is fine with me but that it is between her and her mommy. Love the JD conversation way to cute!
